Get to know the owner

Gary Wallace owner of Hall of GraFX started out in life as a street artist in Providence, RI in the early 80s. This passion went a long way as he grew into an adult and later moved to NYC and worked in the Grand Format Digital Print Industry.

​

Gary started at a company called Mega Art. Mega Art was responsible for the printing of over 80% of the building wraps in and around Manhattan, Times Square and around the world. Gary later moved on to Duggal Visual Solutions also in NYC where he was the Grand Format Digital Print Manager working with NUR Blueboards, Colorspan, Mimaki and VUTEK printers. 
 

Gary has worked with customers such as: The GAP, Old Navy, Banana Republic, AMEX, Reebok, Timberland, LOREAL, Ann Taylor, VH1 Fashion Awards, FUBU, POLO, DKNY, Louis Vuitton, BCBG, HBO, Showtime and the list goes on.

Leaving NYC and heading north back to RI Gary then started working for Service Point in Downtown Providence, RI. as the Digital Print Manager. Here he worked on clients such as: Lifespan, RISD, Brown University, Gilbane, Suffolk Construction, Roger Williams College, Providence Hotel and again the list goes on.

Fast Forward

A few years later Gary left the design desk and started working for Gandi Innovations as a Service Engineer Installing, Repairing, Color Managing and Training on the complete line of JETi Grand Format Inkjet Printers Including: Flatbeds, Roll to Roll Solvent and UV Printers along with Textile Fabrique Printers. Here Gary has traveled across the U.S. and around the world using his skills to keep customers up and running producing high quality prints and beautiful colors. Gandi Innovations was later acquired by AGFA Graphics Corporation where Gary was a Field Engineer working on the JETI line of Products.
